When the standard departure schedule does not fit, or your group deserves a journey built entirely around its needs, we arrange a complete private train experience. Charter an entire luxury train, reserve a block of suites, or commission a custom itinerary that no standard timetable can deliver.
A private charter gives you exclusive use of a luxury train for your dates, your route, your pace. Every element is configurable: departure city, intermediate stops, excursion programme, dining menus, onboard entertainment, and the duration of each segment.
The entire train, every suite, every carriage, every crew member — yours. Capacity varies from 44 guests (Hulunbuir Express, the most intimate fleet option) to 332 guests (Anyi Express, the largest-capacity train). Ideal for corporate incentives, milestone celebrations and multi-generational family reunions.
Reserve a contiguous block of 6-20 suites on a scheduled departure. Your group travels alongside regular guests but with dedicated service: private dining seating, a group guide who only serves your guests, and coordinated excursion timings.
Design a route that does not appear on any public schedule. Combine destinations from different standard routes, add extended hotel stays, or focus the journey around a specific theme: photography, archaeology, cuisine, Buddhist heritage. Minimum 12 guests.

Within 10 business days we deliver a formal proposal: train availability, route options with daily breakdown, suite allocation plan, all-inclusive pricing per person, charter premium, and a terms sheet covering deposits, cancellations and force majeure.
A formal charter agreement with the operator. Deposit typically 30% of the total charter fee. Payment milestones aligned with the operator's advance-payment obligations to railways, hotels and suppliers.
Menu tastings, branding application, guest preference collection, visa support, pre-departure communication. Your dedicated charter manager is the single point of contact from contract to farewell.
