Hotel Accommodation	4-5 star hotels for non-train nights. Twin/double room standard. Single supplement for solo occupancy.
All Meals	Breakfast (train: RMB 70 standard), lunch, dinner (train: RMB 150 standard). Welcome banquets, local cuisine, premium beverages onboard.
Excursions & Entrance Fees	All listed excursions, entrance fees, VIP transfers. Private vehicles for remote destinations. English-speaking guide.
Ground Transport	Air-conditioned coach. Airport/station transfers at assembly city. Short-distance vehicles for mountain roads.
Permits	TTP and PSB border passes included. We handle all paperwork.
Guide & Service	Professional guide throughout. Train manager, attendants, medical officer where applicable. 24-hour onboard service.
Insurance	Group travel accident insurance (typically RMB 200,000). Personal travel insurance separately required.
Entertainment	Live music, cultural performances, lectures, KTV, observation lounges, drone videography with edited trip film.

Flights: International and domestic flights to the assembly city.
Chinese visa: We provide supporting documents. You apply and pay the visa fee.
Personal travel insurance: Mandatory. Must cover medical, evacuation, cancellation, baggage.
Single supplement: ~RMB 8,000 for a 14-day journey. Varies by route.
Personal expenses: Laundry (some trains include one wash), spa, premium Champagne, phone calls, shopping.
Gratuities: Not mandatory but appreciated. ~RMB 100-150/day for guide, 50-100/day for staff.
